In which currency are the prices displayed on the website?
All prices on our website are quoted in euros (€).
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we require 1-3 days of processing time before the order is shipped. The average delivery time is 3-7 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 4 business days, please contact us at: kontakt@avalli.de .
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. Please include your name and order number with your return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us to initiate the cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, please use the return process to receive a full refund.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation promptly and provide us with the correct address. As long as we receive your notification within 24 hours of placing your order, we can easily correct the address. After this time, no changes or refunds are possible.
How long does shipping take?
Our products are shipped exclusively from Germany. The average delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. This only applies to Germany and Austria.
Retroactive calculation of shipping costs for returns?
If a return causes the original order value to fall below the free shipping limit of €70 in Germany and €120 in Austria, we reserve the right to subsequently invoice the original shipping costs. These will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned goods.
For promotions like 'Buy 3, pay for 2,' the discount is only valid for full purchases. For partial returns, the discount will be adjusted proportionally.
